Is the Observer plan really free forever?

Yes. No credit card, no time limit. The Observer plan gives access to the dashboard, registration of 3 AI systems, lifecycle tracking, regulatory watch reading, and the public maturity diagnostic.

What is the difference between the Member and Expert Member plans?

The Member plan ($249/month) gives access to the full SaaS portal: unlimited AI inventory, risk assessments, multi-framework compliance, governance, transparency, up to 10 users. The Expert plan ($879/month) adds a dedicated consultant, unlimited users, priority access to the expert network, and personalized workshops.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrading from Observer to Member or from Member to Expert is instant and your data is retained. Payment is adjusted on a pro-rata basis for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes, you save approximately 17% by choosing annual billing over monthly. The choice is made at the time of subscription and can be adjusted later from your billing portal.

Which regulatory frameworks are covered by the subscription?

Law 25 (Quebec), AIDA (Canada), EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 23894, GDPR and OECD principles. Each framework has its own tracking dashboard with detailed requirements and remediation plan.

Is data hosted in Canada?

Yes, Supabase hosting is configured in the ca-central-1 region (Montreal). Encryption is in place at rest and in transit, in accordance with the requirements of Law 25 and GDPR.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Cancellation is done with one click from the Stripe customer portal. You retain access until the end of your current billing period and all your data remains accessible in Observer mode after cancellation.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe in CAD, USD, and EUR. For bulk subscriptions or public organizations, payment by bank transfer is available: contact us.

Is the AI maturity diagnostic included in the free plan?

Yes. The public 10-minute diagnostic is entirely free, with no account required. The more advanced QC compliance diagnostic (30 questions on Law 25, AIDA, and NIST AI RMF) is available to paying members from the portal.

How many users can I invite to my organization?

Observer plan: 1 user. Member plan: up to 10 users. Expert plan: unlimited users. You manage roles and permissions from the Administration page in the portal.
